Information provided when you register an account: In QPython, logging in and registering are not mandatory, but when you register and log in to your account, you need to provide your mobile phone number or email address or third-party account information (such as Github, etc.). We may verify whether your account is valid by sending a text message verification code or email. You can choose to supplement your personal information (avatar, nickname, profile, industry, occupation, city, birthday, etc.) according to your needs. These supplementary information are not mandatory.

Information collected during your use of products and/or services: During your use of QPython programming services, we may collect your device information (including operating system, software version, language settings, IP address, etc.), browsing information (including search keywords, page links and access time), published information (including programs, text, pictures, videos), transaction information (including transaction records), identity information (including ID card number or relevant professional qualification certificate number required for author and creator certification).

Transaction information: When you want to purchase courses, e-books, columns, or use other paid services, you need to use the “payment function”. In the process of receiving and paying, we need to collect your ID number, payment method, and third-party payment account (including WeChat account, Alipay account, Apple Pay account or other forms of bank card information) to provide efficient transaction services.

Personal device information: QPython uses a statistics SDK, which uses this information to uniquely identify the device, so as to count QPython’s access and exit information, and obtain device area statistics based on location. For more detailed statistics SDK privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding service provider (Umeng Statistics).

Providing the above information, especially personal sensitive information, may expose you to risks such as user information leakage or difficulty in protecting personal privacy, but we will do our best to avoid the above risks.
