Service Agreement

1. Special Notice

1.1 In order to use the services of this website, you should read and comply with the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). 1.3 QPYTHON (hereinafter referred to as “QPYTHON”) agrees to provide Internet-based services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and its operating rules published from time to time. If you want to obtain the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) should agree to all the terms of this Agreement and follow the instructions on the page to complete all the application procedures.

2. Scope of Application of the Agreement

This Agreement is an agreement between the User and QPYTHON regarding the User’s downloading, installation, use, and copying of the Software and the use of QPYTHON’s related services.

This Agreement is supplemented by the Terms of Service published by QPYTHON on the Website and the study programs and class agreements of the courses that the User participates in. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the above, this Agreement shall prevail. The contents of this Agreement also include the relevant agreements and business rules that QPYTHON may publish on the Service from time to time. Once the above content is officially released, it is an integral part of this Agreement, and the user shall comply with the same if he/she continues to use the Company’s software and services.

3. Service content and scope of authorized use

The Service provides services according to the actual needs of the User, such as programming courses, programming tools, online QPYPI. QPYTHON reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the Service at any time.

Scope of authorized use of the QPython software mobile application attached to this website: Users may install, use, display, and run the software on their mobile phones.

Reservation of rights: All other rights not expressly authorized are owned by the Company.

4. Rules of Use

Users must follow the following principles when using the Service and related software software:

Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of your country;

Do not use the service system for any illegal purpose;

Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to the Service;

Not to use the Service and the software service system for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;

Not to use the Service and the software service system to carry out any behavior that is detrimental to other users;

If you find any illegal use of user accounts or account security vulnerabilities, you should immediately notify the QPYTHON official.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

QPYTHON’s trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, as well as all information content related to the software (including but not limited to video courseware, text, pictures, audio, charts, interface design, layout and framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) belong to Beijing Youqi World Information Technology Co. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Unless legally authorized by the Company, no one is allowed to use the above intellectual property rights in any form without authorization, otherwise we will immediately terminate the provision of products and services to the user, and pursue his/her legal responsibility according to the law, and compensate for all the losses incurred by QPYTHON.
